Hi all, apologies if this has been asked previously, but I hunted through the Forum posts and can't find anything that will help. Basically, I've been using AMC for quite a while now and the Get Info Script Option Values had been set back in the day so that when the Info was downloaded (using the IMDB script) the Movie Fields page was populated completely and the movie moved from the "None" folder to the applicable category folder. For some reason, however, the Option Values seem to have reverted to the default values, which only provides a minimum of detail, and does not include a move from the "None" folder to the correct one. I have screen shots of the two Movie Fields pages but unfortunately can't work out how to attach them to this post?
Question is, would anyone be able to provide me with what the Option Values should be to revert back to the "Old" Get Info detail and auto move the movie to the correct category title?
Cheers
Get Info Script Options
Re: Get Info Script Options
Hi,
I'm not sure to understand what's these category folders and the move that you mention. I assume that at some point you grouped movies by category (from the View menu in the main window) and they appear like being in folders there.
The script does not "move" the movie somewhere else, but if the category is changed it will appear in another group (moved).
Check that the category is still well filled when you run the script, in case it is grouped by category.
It is difficult to tell exactly what is the problem here, I'm not sure it really depends on the options selected. There is no really "old options values" and "new default ones", these did not really change since years.
The IMDb script hasn't changed since 2019 so it should not really be linked to a recent change.
If you want to post screenshots you have to store them on an external site like www.imgur.com and post the link here.
Otherwise you can also email them to me.

antp, thanks very much for your reply. To try and explain the issue a little more clearly, the following links are provided.

Re: Get Info Script Options
Actually it is IMDb which changed something on their site, and so the script has to be updated to handle these changes. In the meantime it cannot retrieve information, as you see.
I'll try to fix that in the next days.
Otherwise there was a newer experimental version of the script in progress: https://forum.antp.be/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?t=20711
That one seems to still work, maybe I'll use that one as replacement, but for that there is a few things in it (default settings that may not be ideal for all users).
If you prefer to wait for an easy-to-update version you can just wait a few days.

Excellent, will wait for a few days, thanks mate.
Re: Get Info Script Options
It depends on the error. When you get errors 403, forbidden, etc. that's on IMDb-side. Either they have issues, or they are limiting the number of requests on purpose.
Now it just shows me a message "no movie found", that's the script that should be fixed because in the end they changed something...
Both cases seem to have happened in the last few days.
