Appending doesn't work for batch files

Hi,

Just starting to use this great program, but I've found that using the command line version doesn't appeand extensions, but replaces them.

The XML file contain the same line whether it's a extension change
<ChangeExt NewExt=".ext"/>

or an "append"
<ChangeExt NewExt=".ext"/>
