Designer in mm

I want to print on Labels for CD Covers.
The Label is 5.5 mm high, but i can the band high only 5.28mm
or 5.56 mm high (i think it comes from the Translation from inch to mm).

How can i switch the Band high in the Designer to a high of 5.5mm???

Sorry, but considering the size of 1 mm (millimeter, not centimeter) I wonder what's the problem of not being able to specify 5,5mm instead of 5,56... (so the difference is 0,06mm)

There are 48 Labels on A4 Letter.
So 48 * 0,06 = 2,88 cm.

There is no resolution because i can't get the
high of 5.5mm.

OK,
not 2.88cm but 2.88mm is a half Etikett,
so i can't print on it.
