In Windows 7 there are no scroll-bars in the "Loans" dialog window.
However the app works fine on Windows XP.

And does it work fine in the main window? As both use the same lists

Maybe try changing Tools -> Preferences -> Movie List -> Enhanced Scrollbars option just to see if it makes a difference.

Yes, the main window has no issues with scrollbars so far.

Yes, enabling Enhanced Scrollbars helps, the scrollbars appear.
However with this option window has to be resized in order for scrollbars to appear and to unfreeze pane borders.

I got my Win7 delivered today and will see if there's an easy solution for that when I have installed it (going for the 64bit version). But I cannot say when I find time for the new installation (might be in few weeks).
