Import data from local SQL database

I'm my movies catalog into a mysql database from years ago. I want to complete this information and update with ant movie catalog but i dont see how can i make it.
How can i import data from SQL database? I see it's possible export to SQL but not import

Hello Khepper,

You can export your data from phpMyAdmin in CSV wich is supported by AMC import
