Correct the ItemNumber

Post by dent0n »

I have another question, probably it's something easy, something what I've missed...

I have about 500 movies, some of them are on 2CDs, and when I've imported from xls/csv I had to delete the "second" CD of every 2CD movie - because I want this to be Movie List not Media/Movie List (I don't want the information of how many CDs this movie is on directly on the list - for this is the [ItemDisks]).
So, now I have numbers like: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11... etc. How to make AMC to re-number from the top all of my movies?

I hope that is quite clear ;)

Sorry, I should use English in AMC instead of translated language /Polish/ - translation was "sort" not "renumber" and that got me confused...
I'm not an idiot btw :P
Thx :-)

I've tried to send e-mail to person who did polish translation, but (?) his email is dead. You should send him this note - renumber isn't sort.

If there is only few items to change, you can open polish.lng with the notepad, modify the items, and send me the updated file ;)

I guess he made this mistake because in the renumber window, the program asks how the movie have to be sorted before being renumbered.

OK, I'll use AMC little while, maybe I'll found some more and then I'll send it to you.

regards.
