I'm using the portable version on an android device. I updated my XML file & saved it then did a copy & paste to my Tablet's external sd card.

After I added a several more files to the catalog I clicked save again, & the did the same copy & paste to tablet.

I saw that the photo's were all loose ...

Am I correct in assuming that if I'm going to transfer the data to an Android Tablet which requires the database saved as a XML file, then I should just used XML & never save to the .amc file extension? Do I need the file with both extensions or not?

Is there any quick & easy way to select multiple entries & then update Categories (genres) all at once so that maybe 20 get altered to 'Animated'?

Thanks for the reply which got me started. I managed to get the file unzipped & onto the USB drive. I can even open the folder & it will run.
