ant movie catalogue on android tablet?

I'm using for several years this software on my computer.
I would like to use this software on a tablet so that I can choose a movie from my library in my comfy sofa.

Is their a possibility for that and how do I migrate my catalogue with all the data and pictures of the covers of my dvd , laserdisc, blurays..

All help is welcome.

I don't have any Android device (Windows tablet and phone...) so I didn't make anything for that, but there is a third-party app "Pocket AMC Reader".
