It would be nice to see a change in the method of cataloging video files.
I mean assigning several versions of the film for one entry in the catalog. Like Blu-Ray Disc, DVD, x264 BluRay, AVI, ect. in a single database entry together with all their file specs... Currently, if you import a new file to an existing entry, the specifications will be overwritten. You must duplicate the movie and then add a new source, which leads to a small mess in the list of movies.
It would be perfectly to be able to add another source with all the properties file. In this way, for example using Ant Movie Catalog Viewer or template with a list of films, we do not have duplicate entries of the same movie.
