Problem Adding New Movie

Been using this great program for years. The new appearance option looks great but I'm unable to add any content (movie name, etc) when I attempt to add a new movie. All I am able to do is add a new number. Attached please find a screen shot.

you should put the HTML view off. that is the 6th button from the right
