Wrong Sorting/ReNumbering for russian titles

Sorthing and thus renumbering of russian (cyrillic) titles doesn't work . It rather shuffles titles than sort

If you sort by translated title, and if there are empty titles, they are a little randomized
For the other fields (Original title, etc.) it uses Windows' comparison functions, so if it does not sort correctly then it is maybe a wrong configuration in your Windows Regional options.
