How to batch add only images on movie list of 700 movies?

Have imported all other information on movies via an Excel file.
Is there a painless way to quickly add only the images from IMDB.
The IMDB script keeps requiring that I uncheck boxes for director, comments, etc., etc. for every movie. This gets tedious. I also do not have bandwidth to import all the info so would like to just import the images.

You can uncheck the boxes in the list at the bottom-right of the scripts window.
If you run the script just after having checked/unchecked fields there, these will be remembered for that script.
Note that the bandwidth used for importing other info is nearly nothing: it is on the main movie page, which has to be downloaded anyway to have the URL of the image

Be sure to also disable options to get extra summaries, extra crew info, etc.

(Wish there were a dumbed down interface just for adding new movies; I don't think my husband can handle the complex interface - which I love for all its features, he's used to just entering info in a spread sheet for each movie. I will try to customize the icon bar to make it easier for him.)
