Since DVD-R is the new upcoming format there are some changes which would make life easier for that.
Instead of one large dropdown list for languages, a few small ones would do better.
Then there could also be a selection for the widescreen format. E.g. 1.85:1, 2.40:1 and so on. Im currently saving this infos as resolution, but it's not really what a resolution is.
And then it would be nice if there is a way to set fields for more than one movie at a time.
It's really annoying setting 25 fps for every movie one after another.
My Suggestions for an upcoming Version
Next version will allow to customize fields.
I'll have to find a system that allows multiple values for a drop down lists, especially useful for languages for example.
To set a value for multiple movies, it is quite simple :
select the movies to modify, then go to Tools -> Scripting, click on Editor, click New, and enter the following between begin and end :
SetField(fieldFrameRate, '25');
for example
The list of the field names is in the help file.
