Submitting translation.

Hi friends,

Firstly, thank you for your nice and useful software. As I like it, a made translation into Slovak language. Please, give me a hint, how can I insert the Slovak flag into translation and how can I send you the translation file, so you can use it in distribution packages.

I do not have my flags collections right here, but I can add the flag when you send me the file by e-mail (and I'll send you the flag code at the same time)
