My wife uses this software for work and lost her settings when the app was accidentally deleted. Essentially she is batch renaming files that are all different sizes character wise. We cannot for the life of us figure out how to set it up to it always leaves the character count to the exact amount we need when the files are we importing have different character counts. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are going nuts here trying to figure it out.
