Access violation in address 0042CFF0

Post by Raf »

Hello,
when using AMC 3.5.0. and using the database I am very often receiving bug: "Access violation at address 0042CFF0 in module "MOVIEC_1.EXE". Write of address 0047CAB9". This message I should enter and then can continue, but it very soon shows again. Do you know, what I can do with that? Thank you.

Hi,
What do you do exactly when you get these messages? ("using the database" is not very precise :D)
Maybe first install the latest version too...

Hi,
thank you for your reply. It usualy shows when I open the schedule of my films I am archiving. But I can also evoke it when I touch F10. Than it shows always.

I guess that it must be caused by something else on your PC which has some conflict, as thousands of people (me including) do not have such errors.
What do you mean by the "schedule"?

Thank you. I am archiving my films on DVD. I have created in your program list of films with information about them and with number of DVD on which the film is. There it shows.
