OFDB script 1.0.12, dont ask for filmname and normal script

Hello,

updated versions of the OFDB script.
- Fixed broken import of actors, director and country
- Fixed correct characters in URL

Normal Script update 1.0.12:

Script update 1.0.12, which dont ask for a filmname:

2nd Script dont ask for a filmname, it uses filmname from title input fields.

There's a minor bug on these scripts, the scripts contain the header/options part twice (it does not affect functionality). And maybe you should combine both scripts (check for title fields first, and if nothing's found ask for title input), so that only one script could be uploaded to the server as 'official' one

to combine both is a good idea, i only use the one without asking for the title for a long time and so i made the other "normal" version for all, who use that. i'll check that out tomorrow.

This version adds a new script option 'AskForMovieTitle' to change behaviour of movie title input if Original or Translated Title field got an entry.
