i also got a suggestion
an export selected
maybe theres something like this already implimented...but i just havent found out yet
but just in case it hasnt...^^
say i have 100 movies
and i wanna make a list of the movies
but not all 100, just the action movies
first id group as catagory, right?
then i wanna be able to export just that catagory
or maybe i wanna export just the 2cd movies
so id group as number of discs and select the 2cd movies and export
as of now, what ever group i wanna export, the whole list gets exported
maybe im making this more complicated then it really is^^;
simple, new feature to export only selected movies
oh, also a feature to show the total mb of all the moves would be nice
kinda like the total movies thingie
also a total cd's would be nice too^^
(also make sure that 2,3,4 cd movies would add up)

For the "export selected", it is not in the program because the export is much older than script or print, and I never modified it really.

You can ask for checkboxes to be displayed in Tools -> Preferences -> Movie list. Then in the main window there will be checkboxes displayed. If you only check the movies that you want to export, in the export window there is an option "Export selected" (or something like that) which will only export checked movies.
There is a script somewhere to calculate the total number of CDs, I do not remember if I included it with the program (Tools -> Scripting and see if it appears in the list). If not, it is somewhere on this forum, in the 'scripts & templates' section.
