I've been trying to copy all my catalogues on a CD to back it up. I'm running vista.
Strangely when I open a catalog from AMC there is no problem, the soft sees them all.
Now if I go to the exact same location with explorer, I have no catalogue stored.
From inside AmC during the open process you can only select one catalog at the time, and anyway a copy and past doesn't work even on one file only.
So the only way seems to be to open each catalog one after the other and save them elsewhere !!!
But each time you loose your path to the original location by doing this...
This sucks big time !!!
Did I missed something? does anyone else face this? is there a solution?

Hi,
In Vista there are fake folders simulated for programs who try to write data in program files folder.
So the file is maybe hidden somewhere in the documents/appdata/... folders.
Try to search for all ".amc" files.
I do not know well vista but I already saw that on a PC running it.
I guess this is done because normally users are supposed to put their data in their documents folder.
