Perhabs Antp can put it online with his other templates.
I think there are a lot of people interested in a 6 movies on a dvd template for a jewelcase, but also for a dvdbox.

I've uploaded my templates to Antoine, asking him to publish them so anyone can use.
Usage:
Display AC3 logo if field audioformat = AC3
Display .SRT logo if subtitles field <> '' (null)
Display Xvid or Divx logos if... etc etc
