Problems with hebrew support under win2k
just getting question marks or giberish in the menus and when attempting to write..

What Windows version do you use ?
Is your Windows configured to use hebrew as default language ?
There are few options about that in Control Panel -> Regional Options.
I know that it should work at least for menus under Windows 2000/XP.
Unfortunately I cannot test more and did not get more information from users
(the one that made the Hebrew translation was using Windows XP if I remember well)
