Do you want export your movie catalog to your pocket pc ?
Just export it to Excel File and use this tool: http://doobsexporter.sourceforge.net/doobs4excel

I do not really see what is the need of such program: Excel files are already converted automatically by ActiveSync :??:

Because this converter is more usable than the internal pocket excel.

You mean the screenshots? I guess that he used rCE or a similar program, then he put all the images together in a GIF with any program that allows to create animated GIF files.
