is it possible to add an option to the search dialog for searching only in titles (original, translated and formatted, maybe media description also).
When searching for an title with "the" for example i'll get to much results with the search in all fields cos it's also in a lot of descriptions. I think in most cases ppl. are searching for a title.
Maybe a "the" is an bad example cos you seldom search for it but there are other annoying words which you'll find often in descriptions. Also bad for searching with names when you'll geht hit's at the producer, actors etc.
You can use the "Formatted Title" field to search in both original & translated fields.
But I am not sure that I really understand your question since currently the search is done only on one field, not on all fields together...
