Importing cd covers

Has anyone been trying to import covers from WWW.CDCOVERS.CC
This is a great site for movie covers but it seems to work only with IE
(which sucks, I know) but also they are using some sophisticated
techniques to hide the correct urls, detect ad-blocking software etc.
I've been looking at the HTML code but its kinda complicated with all
this javascript stuff, so.... anyone?

Works also in Mozilla
To use scripting on this site I would need to add referrer options, or the server will think that you try to download the cover without visiting the site (direct link, and that's not allowed)
