add A-Z option

i have used Willspo's plain template (slightly modified) to export to html...i am very pleased with the result as i only want something simple

what i would like to add, just under the cetegories, is an A-Z which would work in the same way as when you press a category...i have seen other templates that have this but i cannot figure out which part of the java script i need to add

can anyone help me out?
