Converting Stored Pictrures to External Pictures

I have a big catalog for movies. (.AMC format)

Some of the pictures are stored internally and some linked to external pictures stored in a sub-directory .

Is there a automated way ( script , tool ) to save all internal pictures to this sub-directory and convert all Internal links to external links ?

You can save the file to XML, this will force to export pictures.
Then edit the XML file with notepad to do a search/replace to insert the sub-directory to the image path, and move the images to the sub-directory.
