Template printing error

The measures displayed in the template editor are not the real measures of the print.
There is a difference between lenght and width, the distortion is not homogenous.
Is only a my problem?

yes, i use A4 papier.
to print a square 120x120mm, the dimension must be 126,70x123,90mm.

Is only a my problem?

Yes, because a friend that made a CD template said me that it was working fine.
And I guess that the people that made existing CD & DVD templates could get it working correctly since they did not said anything about a measure problem.

I guess it is a problem between FreeReport (what I use for the printing) and your printer driver.
