Please tell me why i can't download rc1 version ? I was trying my member username and password and i get massage WRONG USERNAME etc.

you do not have to put any username or password: it is an anonymous FTP server.
Simply use a webbrowser (IE may fail if it is behind a gateway/router) or a FTP client with anonymous login
