Not downloading cast and crew

I just downloaded info for a film using imdb script and it missed out all actors, director, writer, producer etc.
I updated the imdb script but it made no difference on the second try.
At the end of the script results there's a list of lines saying changed values click here to view. I don't know what they mean, but they do link to the missing info

Edit: I just tried imdbapi script. It worked perfectly.
