2.12 vs 2.12.0

I notice the install file has gained a ".0" and is about 20kb larger than the 2015-07-04 version. Is there actually any difference - I don't see any reference to 2.12.0 in the history section?

Hi,
It is possible that I updated the install package to include new translations, since some are newer than 2015.
But the program itself has not changed.
