Importing from Extreme movie manager

Can i import mi database from extreme movie manager to ant movie manager??? If yes, how can i do it?

File -> Import -> Divx Manager (which was the old name of Extreme Movie Manager).
Last time I tested it, it was with version 2.3 of EMM. I hope that the database format stayed the same.
