How to determine number of items on printed page?

When printing my DB using the provided template LIST 1 or 2, some pages print three movie capsules and some print four. It appears that the main variable is the length of the DESCRIPTION field.

In the long reviews, I can appreciate the fact that the description is 10-12 lines long. However, in some DESCRIPTIONS, the review is 2-3 lines long but is followed by 8-10-12 BLANK lines. How do I get rid of these blank lines in order to get more capsule reviews on one page?

Maybe that it is because the default description height is also the minmal height. You have to change that with the Report Designer.

Where is that info found? (file "fruser.hlp" was not included or cannot be found using default installation.)

There is a small help about that in the Help file of the program
Basically you just have to open the .frf file that you want to modify, resize the "Description" box, and also resize the panel on which the description box is.
