Can i get my exel movie list in to movie catalogue

I have my movies listed in exel is there away to import it in to movie catalogue???

You have to save the excel file to CSV (in Excel, File -> Save as, the drop-down list allows to select other formats).
Then in AMC go to File -> Import -> CSV, adjust parameters and assign columns (see the help file for more information).
