How to limit borower name to drop down list

Hi Gents,

Do you know if there is a way to limit the borrower name to the contents
of the dropdown list ?

I mean, I update my list of known users, but I don't like to have
somebody entering a dummy name (or typo) with the keyboard.
Obviously, an empty field will mean 'not in use'.
