Need script to import rating only. How to?

I have a seperate wishlist catalog with about 700 movies, so downloading all info would take too long. I'd like to import only the rating, so it helps me decide what movie to rent next.
Help!?!

Hi,
What takes time is search for the movie.
Once the page is imported, there is no speed difference if you import one field or all fields.
