Best Way to get /import pictures for videos

I have just imported my first part of my videos. (11,000) Needless to say I need to search out as many of the Pictures as possible.

Any Ideas?

You mean which script to use for getting movie posters?
Depends on what is in your collection.
Usually IMDb search engine works well, and have pictures for most of the US movies. But if you have a lot of movies from another country there may be other scripts more appropriated.
