if directory using other character not english

if i put ant renamer program to directory with chinese, japanese, i can't run the program, if i throw back to directory english, working fine.

is this a bug?

Yes it is a bug and a known limitation: the program can't have unicode characters in its path name.
Sorry.
Maybe it will be fixed in a future version.
