Version 4.1.0.2 very slow?

Hello,

I just have upgrade AMC 3.5 to AMC 4.1.0.2 and when I'm input a new Movietitle it will take very long before I see the title appear. When I press the Enterbutton then it appear immediately.
Is this normal in the new version or am I overlooking an option/setting?

In the old version AMC 3.5 you see every letter appear as you type it.

This is normal.
Movielist is updated only when it is needed or if you press ENTER/ESCAPE button in field or if you move mouse on movielist.
Before movielist was updated each time you press a key in movieframe what could be very slow with a lot of movies.

But is this true now?
So when I first sort by title, instead by number and then I type the new movietitel in the "Originel Titel" field, then I have to push the enter button before I see the new title in the list on the left displayed.
Then I can only see if it is double.

In AMC 3.5 the title appears where it in alphabetical order belong as you type and so I can see directly if I got the movie allready

Its a pity that this is not so anymore.

I could add an option to keep this old behavior but thrust me, with a lot of movies, when you write text it is very slow.

You just hate to press entrer to update movielist and check if you already have the same title.

Because when I sort the list by Title and I hit the enterbutton then it also takes at least 30 seconds before the Movietitle appears in the list on the left.
How is this possible that this takes so long now and previously not even one second

Hum... This is really strange...
For me it's very fast like AMC 3.5.1.
Are you sure you press enter when the cursor is in a field?

I did it several times and everytime I have to wait so long.
But it's strange that it works fine for you

I don't mind to hit the enter button, but the waiting........

Yes, all work well.

How many movies do you have in movielist ?
What version of Windows do you use ?

The mouse on the movielist I don't know if I had it there.
I will try that tonight.
I use Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bits on a Compaq Presario 4Gb, Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q6600, nVIDIA® GeForce™ 8600 GT 512 MB
