Settings (huge set of string-replacements) lost after update

Hi.
Just wanted to inform, that all of my settings (i.e. Multiple String Replacement-settings) are gone after an update.
There was a heap of settings in there
System: Win7, 64Bit, German.
Otherwise thanks for this ingenious little piece of software and keep up the good work!

Hi,
You mean that you simply installed a new version over the old one?
Or was it an update of Windows?
