help setting up required

Can someone help me out here? I havn't tried exporting before in ANT so this is new to me. I downloaded the zip file and the instructions say to unzip to the EXPORT folder, do I create this somewhere and if so where.?

I did create it and run export and saved the xml to the export folder I then tried to view the result in IE /Firefox but it just hangs when trying to load . Whast should I be doing /installing to get this to work?

Well, maybe it would be a good idea to let people know which zip file or template you are talking about ;)

But about the "export folder", it can be any folder anywhere, it is just where you will put the files before uploading them to the website. And also where you will put the file exported by AMC.
