Problem with printing ???

I cannot print the template " List 2 " and " List 1 " !!! The printer shows message " no paper " ??? - no problem´s with printing " Landscapelist " !?! HELP - please

Is it an A4 printer ? or does it use Letter format ?

Yes, it is an A4 printer- sometimes it beginns with printing but most the last piece what i want to print is not printing correctly ???

When i will printing the template-catalog the printer loads and did not beginn´s with printing because it shows me an ERROR !!! When i clear the error it start´s printing but the last of piece is not on the paper ???

What´s wrong ??? HELP me please !!!

When i print anything other it work´s with no problem´s !!!

That's very strange... you are the first one to report me this kind of error...
I really do not know what could cause this problem
