Sorry but there's no "Indy Library" in files inside the local webserver.

No, as he just copied the html output, so he gets static html pages.
I do not see what would prevent from downloading simple html from a local server :??: Especially if the old version of SGC works from the local server.

I didn't know Winhttrack, so I thought it would be some kind of more advanced website downloader. But your right, it does not explain why old version of SGCworks while same version of AMC does not. Interesting, but not interesting enough to install a webserver for testing now ;)

Imagine the security problems if it would be possible to get php files from the server ;) you could steal the source code, passwords, etc.
(a common hack of servers: having passwords in a "config.inc" file, but the .inc are not parsed like .php, so you can download it as a simple text file :D)
