Programmation question: about gettig pictures

Dear friends,
I need help about extracting pages from Internet:
- Is it possible to test the result of a GetPage or of a GetPicture? how?
- Updating a movie, maybe I need to delete the picture previously extracted.
Is it Possible?

- It is not possible to properly handle errors like 404 not found etc.
- You can only replace pictures, no delete/remove.
