Convert UTF-8 characters to ISO-8859-1 (see my renamer.xml)

Hi,

After moving from and to linux/windows, sometimes file names are unreadable due to special chars conversion (utf8 -> iso)

So this is my conversion list to convert utf8 chars to iso:

I was planning to add an option to encode/decode UTF8 names, but until then this will be useful: I'll add that to default settings.
