I didn't realy get if you're looking for a language MOD (AMC's fields are renamed, and you said "conversion language", sounds like a MOD for me), you'll find something e.g. here:
viewtopic.php?t=3700 and other threads in the MOD-forum.
If you're looking for a script... I have no clue, searching the script threads might help...
This threat helps you to do it on your own:

it comes with a help file (*.chm) guiding you through most of the translation / modding process...
