Problem with Loan History file

In the Script I created for cataloging Program files, I used the Borrower field to store The folder that the program is installed in.
In preferences I have "Store Loan History" Unchecked but i am still getting a "LoanHistory.cvs" file created. I would have thought that having Store loan history unchecked would have prevented this.
Any other way to prevent this from happening?

Is the file still filled with info, or just created?

No,not just created. I have lots of data in it. At least 207 programs in the file
