OFDb Script HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
OFDb Script HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
Hi. I have a big problem with my OFDb script. I had this message when i use it: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request. I have the problem since on week.
Re: OFDb Script HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
No problem here. It seems to work for me (v.1.0.3).
Did you install some new firewall or antivirus product when the error appeared ?
Or is it only with some films ? (Then please name one)

With these films the script still works fine for me.
(AMC Version 3.5.1 with OFDb (DE) script Version 1.0.3 on XP)
When running same versions on your system, the error should not be script related.
If you installed updates for a firewall or antivirus maybe there's a problem and you need to change some settings.

No, Antoine understood your problem
He just wants you to click the "View Page" button when you see the list of movies and see if it loads the correct movie website on OFDb.
Following your list it would look like:
1. - 4. same
5. select a movie, but hit "View page" instead of "Ok"
6. the movie page should load in your browser
As you use the OFDb script, you are probably german, are you ? Then the button would be named "Seite anzeigen" (nachdem du einen Film in der Liste markiert hast).

Hi,
I'm a little confused about v1.0.3 of the script. It seems that v1.0.3 works for all of you. But it works not for me. I had a similar problem as Goofy but instead of "Bad Request" I've got "Read timeout" if I tried to get movie details. I've tried to search for the problems root and found that it was the new layout of the site. By now they inserted an onMouseOver event in their search result pages. That's why the script inserts the wrong address in the movies list and I've got a "Read timeout" if I tried to get movie details.
I've fixed that for me and it seems to work fine now. But now I'm not sure if I should post the new version here as v1.0.3 seems to work for all the other.
So clear me up please.

You're problem differs from Goofys' ..
But you are right, there is another error in this version - it fetches a wrong URL because of the "mouseover" function they added to show the cover picture from results list. This needs to be fixed, although the script still seem to work properly (for me) with this URL and fetches correct data (even if you open this URL from within AMC it shows the correct film, at least on firefox).
Feel free to post a fix or a fixed version , but please change version number to 1.0.4 then

Not for me. I couldn't get any movie data with v1.0.3. I've got "Read timeout" everytime I chose a movie from the list. I naven't seen any URL too. I saw the URL (which had the whole onmouseover part in it) just in debug mode. But you're right. If I try to past this URL in Firefox it shows the right page. It's strange that it didn't work for me from within AMC.bad4u wrote:although the script still seem to work properly (for me) with this URL and fetches correct data (even if you open this URL from within AMC it shows the correct film, at least on firefox).
I will do that soon.bad4u wrote:Feel free to post a fix or a fixed version , but please change version number to 1.0.4 then
