As I saw, in 3.5.1 mediainfo.dll is changed to 0.7. My question is: In last version of AMC, in video info, I get results like (XviD MPEG 4 codec, and MPEG Layer 3), now it is only XviD, and MPEG Layer 1... Can I change this, to automaticaly get video info like in previous version of AMC, I want it detailed name of video, and audio info (like DivX 3.x Low motion, DivX 4.x, not only "DivX" for them all). I tried to downgrade medianifo.dll to 0.6, but it is not solution.
Thanx
Mediainfo dll question...
In old versions of AMC (before 3.5 or 3.5.0.2, I do not remember) MediaInfo was not used for AVI files.
So if you want to revert to this old behaviour you can check "use internal engine" in tools => prefs => media files importation.
Then the program uses its own engine (only for AVI) and uses codecs.ini file for the names (file that you can edit).
In the future I should add a similar file for MediaInfo so it would be possible to override names imported.
But if you were already MediaInfo in that old version, then it must depend on MediaInfo.
I think that you cannot use a version where the two first version numbers are different, so AMC 3.5.1 is limited to 0.7 versions of MediaInfo.
