Download from FTP hangs

I have tried several times to download the rar update. but each time the download hangs with 1.75mb of 3.36 mb downloaded.

Just did a short test (using firefox), no problems here.

Bad4u, Can you try the download using IE6. Thanks
I can download the full install using both ftp and http. But the no install will hang somewhere in the middle of the download.
