problem with language russian

hello. i have a big problem. i installed new windows, and after than again ant movie catalog. and now the language russian is doesnt work, i can read nothing!! what can i do, to change it, all my movies are in russian. please help me

Check that Russian is the default language for programs in Windows "regional and language options".
Alternatively, you can use the AppLocale tool from Microsoft if you do not want to change that setting for the whole system.
